Requirements:

• 6 - 12 months civil experience preferred

• Experience operating small machinery (excavators, loaders, compactors) – a bonus

• Physically fit and capable of manual, outdoor work in varying conditions

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
